How to start a return
- Email support@revanaco.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging where possible. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when it is processed. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
