Shipping Policy

Revana is committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. All orders are processed by MGO DIGITAL BUSINESS LLC.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 7–12 business days after processing, depending on your location. During promotional periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to your email as soon as the order leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking events to update.

Shipping costs

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders — no minimum required.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours at support@revanaco.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, contact us at support@revanaco.com and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
